Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
RetireUX is committed to protecting the privacy and security of individuals who use websites, portals, applications, and digital services supported by RetireUX. This Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you interact with RetireUX services, including applications that offer authentication through third-party identity providers such as Google and Facebook.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the RetireUX service or application you use, we may process information that you provide directly or information made available through an authorized identity provider.
This may include:
- Name and email address
- Account or user identifiers
- Authentication and login information
- Profile information made available by an identity provider
- Information you submit through forms or support requests
- Technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, and security or diagnostic logs
The specific information processed by an application depends on the services provided and the permissions you authorize.
2. How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- Authenticate users and provide secure access to applications
- Maintain and administer user accounts
- Provide requested application functionality
- Protect against unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse
- Troubleshoot technical problems and maintain service reliability
- Respond to user questions and support requests
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
RetireUX does not sell personal information obtained through authentication services.
3. Google Sign-In and Google User Data
Certain RetireUX-supported applications may allow users to sign in using their Google Account. When you choose Google Sign-In, Google may provide RetireUX or the applicable RetireUX-powered application with basic account information that you authorize, such as your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile information.
Google user data obtained through Google Sign-In is used only for purposes related to authenticating the user, establishing or linking the user's application account, providing requested application functionality, maintaining security, and supporting the user.
RetireUX does not use Google user data for advertising and does not sell Google user data to third parties.
RetireUX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including applicable Limited Use requirements.
4. Facebook Sign-In
Certain RetireUX-supported applications may allow users to authenticate using Facebook. If you choose Facebook Login, Meta may provide basic account information that you authorize, such as your name, email address, account identifier, or profile information.
Information received through Facebook Login is used to authenticate the user, establish or link an application account, provide requested services, and maintain application security.
5. Firebase Authentication
RetireUX-supported applications may use Firebase Authentication, a Google service, to facilitate secure authentication using identity providers such as Google, Facebook, phone verification, or other supported authentication methods.
Authentication information may therefore be processed by Google in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policies and service terms.
6. Sharing of Information
Information may be shared with service providers or organizations when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, or provide the applicable application. This may include cloud hosting providers, authentication providers, technology service providers, and the organization responsible for the application you are accessing.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, RetireUX, its clients, or the security and integrity of its services.
7. Data Security
RetireUX uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but appropriate safeguards are used based on the nature of the information and services involved.
8. Data Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable services, maintain security and audit records, meet contractual requirements, or satisfy legal and regulatory obligations.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information.
You may also revoke access previously granted to Google-connected applications through your Google Account settings. Revoking access prevents future access through that authorization but may not automatically delete information that must be retained for legitimate security, legal, contractual, or regulatory purposes.
10. Third-Party Services
RetireUX applications may interact with third-party services such as Google, Meta, Microsoft Azure, or other technology providers. Those providers maintain their own privacy policies and terms governing their processing of information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in RetireUX services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
